Donor Sperm, Donor Eggs, and/or Gestational Carriers

Anonymous Donor Sperm

Some people will need donor sperm in order to build their family. Donor sperm is most commonly recommended in cases where the male partner has a medical condition that has severely damaged sperm production, or in situations where there is no male partner (single female or lesbian couples).

For patients who will need donor sperm, Your Family Fertility is here to help. In New York State, alone, there are a good number of sperm banks. Sperm Banks that are out of state need to be authorized to distribute sperm to our state, but is usually done with no discrepancies. Our office will help you identify multiple sperm banks for you to choose from so your care is seamless.
We make it easy for patients to navigate the entire process from start to finish.

Choosing the right donor sperm sample is an important step on your journey; patients should be aware of all the medical and genetic implications of their choice before they choose their sample.
Contact Your Family Fertility today so we can help you learn about all the facts. If you have questions about donor sperm or feel like you would like to talk to one of our doctor about this option, schedule a consultation today.

Donor Eggs

It is our goal at Your Family Fertility to help you conceive utilizing your own egg. However, there are women that truly need an egg donation in order to achieve pregnancy.

Egg donation is a very effective fertility treatment. If performed correctly, pregnancy rates can be as high as 60% to 70% per cycle, or even higher. The reasons why such outcomes are so high is because egg donors are specifically recruited while they are in their 20’s and early 30’s when their egg quality is expected to be high. Egg donation recipients have very high pregnancy success rates because the donated egg confers a high likelihood of pregnancy. The uterus does not typically age to the degree that eggs do.

We know that your time is valuable. Needing an egg donation to become pregnant can feel overwhelming at first. But, our third party team is able to navigate this path to help achieve pregnancy with ease.

If you feel like you are in need of egg donation or have questions about whether or not this is right for you, schedule a consultation with us and ask your doctor which option is best for you.

Gestational Carriers

Gestational surrogacy is a fertility treatment where embryos that are created through IVF are transferred into a woman who is not related to the pregnancy. Gestational carriers are amazing women that help individuals and couples achieve pregnancy which would otherwise be impossible.

Gestational surrogacy may be scary at first but we are here and can help you navigate this process and get you in a position for complete understanding of this highly coordinated treatment.

This treatment has medical/ legal processes that can not be avoided. Your Family Fertility can help you understand this complexity and can guide you to the support you need.

If you think you may need a gestational carrier or surrogate to help you on your path to parenthood, contact Your Family Fertility for a consultation today.
