First Steps

After your initial consultation with Dr. DiPaola or Gianna, the partner who is intending to carry the pregnancy will need to come to the office for preliminary bloodwork and diagnostic testing to determine what characteristics to look for in a sperm donor.

Financial Clearance

Before you and your partner are able to dive into the process of donor sperm matching, you will need to be financially cleared by our billing department. Financial clearance includes counseling with our billing department about the cost of treatment and what to expect moving forward on a financial level.

Once your bloodwork and diagnostic testing is resulted, the important donor characteristics to look out for will be communicated with you. Throughout this process, you will be given all of the information you may need to make the most educated decisions when it comes to choosing a sperm donor.

Once you have a donor picked out, we will coordinate the transfer of those sperm samples with you and the Cryobank you chose to work with to our facility safely.

The last step in the process is moving into treatment. Often times this step will require a follow - up telehealth with the clinical staff to establish what treatment type will be best for you!
